Handling Time

The handling time is the number of business days that it will take to ship an order after receiving your payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for all online orders to be packed. Please note that during peak periods between October to December, one extra day may be required.

Click & Collect

  • When to pick up your Click & Collect order? Please allow at least 1 business day for click & collect orders to be packed. After an order has been finalised, you will receive 2 confirmation emails over the next few days. First, confirming your order has been placed and the second, confirming your order is ready for pick up. After receiving your second confirmation email, you can come instore anytime during store trading hours to pick up your order. Click here for trading hours. Please note, any online order placed between Friday 3pm to Sunday 11:59pm, will be picked & packed the following Monday as our warehouse operational hours are between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
  • Can I pick up my order over the weekend? If you need to collect an order over the weekend and have received your second confirmation email, you are able to visit the store during weekend trading hours. If you haven't placed an order before Friday 3pm and need to collect it within the next 2 days (Saturday or Sunday), please shop instore instead.
  • What to bring when picking up your Click & Collect order? Please bring your pick up confirmation email & a valid ID (e.g. Drivers Licence).
  • Which stores offer Click & Collect? Currently, we only offer click & collect at our Alexandria store located on 132 McEvoy Street, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.

Standard Post

This option is our standard postage service shipped by Australia Post.

Delivery with standard postage is available to any location in Australia at $9.99.

Victoria is approximately 3-5 business days for postcodes 3000 - 3210, 3750 - 3811, 3921 - 3944 & approximately 4-6 business days for all other Victorian postcodes

Express Post

This option is our Express Post service shipped by Australia Post.

Delivery for Express Post is to any location in Australia

The price for this option varies based on the weight of your order & your location.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?

If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You will be left with a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

It is rare that a courier company or Australia post lose a parcel. As delivery is provided by a third party for your convenience, we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel however we really want you to have a great party so please contact us if your parcel is lost and we may find a way to resolve your situation at little or no cost to you.
