Can I collect my online order from your store?
You can pick up your online order from our store by selecting "collect in-store" on the checkout page. We offer (collect in-store) from our Alexandria store location only.
Can you leave my order if I am not home?
Yes, you can. You can also specify delivery options on the checkout page.
How can I track my order?
Check your order status in My Orders, by logging into your account.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it’s in there.
Can someone else collect my parcel for me?
The person will need to bring their photo ID and your order number when collecting the parcel.
How long does delivery take?
If located in NSW regular post will take approximately 1-5 business days.
If located in Queensland regular post will take approximately 3-6 business days.
If located in Victoria regular post will take approximately 3-6 business days.
If located in Northern Territory regular post will take approximately 6-10 business days.
If located in South Australia regular post will take approximately 4-8 business days.
If located in Western Australia regular post will take approximately 5-9 business days.
If located in Tasmania regular post will take approximately 5-9 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a standard cost of $9.99 for shipping Australia wide. For express shipping options to NSW & Victoria, costs are $15 - $110 depending on the weight of your order.
For Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory & Western Australia, costs are $35 - $130 depending on the weight of your order.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Your order will be left attended at your address, unless specified otherwise. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their discretion to not leave the parcel at the address.
For Australia Post deliveries, the driver will leave a note for you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Parcels are kept at the post office for five days. You will receive another note to remind you to pick it up. It will then be kept at the post office for five more days. If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Note: for residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm AEST.
I need my order earlier than your shipping options will allow, is there any way to get my order faster?
Yes, we can organize a same day or 2 day express service to get your order on the same day depending on where you are located. Please call us on 0296997792, and we will advise you of the costs & timing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return order, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
I have received my parcel and part of my order is damaged what can be done to resolve this issue?

Can I walk in-store and order balloons the day I need them?
Yes, you can, however on busy days you may need to wait until the pre-booked balloon orders have been fulfilled. We recommend booking your balloon orders with us before you come in-store. You can do this by contacting us depending on which location is best for you.
Do you have Helium tanks for hire?

Do you offer Balloon Deliveries for Balloon orders?
Yes, we do. We recommend calling our store 7 days before your required date to organise a driver for the delivery. We require a minimum spend of $75 (including delivery costs) to organise a balloon delivery. We offer balloon deliveries at our Alexandria, Erina & Gregory Hills store locations.
Halloween & Christmas
When is Halloween available in store & online?
We have the largest Halloween party supplies & decorations range in the country with over 5,000 products to choose from and 3,000 new products every year. We source our Halloween supplies from around the world and within Australia. As we receive stock we load it to the website and add it to our stores. We will continue to add products all the way until the end of October so look out for products as they sell fast.
When is Christmas available in store & online?
We have been the number 1 Christmas party supplies, decorations, costumes, lighting, novelty & games and more for over 10 years. We have a massive range of Christmas products with over 7,000 Christmas products in store & 4,000 new Christmas products every year. We source our Christmas supplies from around the world and within Australia. As we receive stock we load it to the website and add it to our stores. We will continue to load our Christmas products all the way until the end of December so look out for products as they sell fast.
